(Parks, fields, Gardens, Beach, etc) Please note the walk does not have to be a fast pace, for many people a leisurely stroll is exactly what the doctor ordered. Avoid the hyped up American and/or Western view that exercise should be intense and aimed at 'losing weight' 'burning calories' or Health and living advice 'building muscle' - while these exercise modalities are important they are NOT recommended if you are stressed out.

In my own case I can tell you, that had I followed all my different doctors advice I would not be here today to tell the world about it. I would not have my beautiful, healthy 14 year old daughter who is my pride and joy.

Exercise is another important key to this puzzle however you can exercise until you are blue in the face but you need to be eating the proper foods also. Eating Healthy living advice foods will improve your health in so many ways. Always try to include foods from the four food groups every day. The more you can avoid foods such as pies, biscuits, cakes, candy, chips and other high fat high sugar combos the better off you will be. Each day you should try to drink at least eight glasses of water.

Find out your BMI (Body Mass Index), and make sure that you have realistic goals. If you are within the normal range, don't beat yourself up if you are not in the lower portion of the chart. Normal is a healthy weight. If you are over-weight, or under-weight, you may want to have a doctor check you out. Be sure that there aren't any medical conditions that caused your increase or decrease of weight. Jot your beginning stats so that you have a record of far you have come.

It will help a lot if you will stay with positive people. Find your friends and spend some time with them. Bear in mind that laughter will ease your pains and burdens.
